Pan Am Travel Poster Animation
This fun animation was part of a creative collaboration where I got to dive into the nostalgic charm of 1960s travel posters—an era I'm absolutely in love with. The poster featured in this project was beautifully illustrated by Aaron Fine for Pan Am, and I had a blast bringing it to life through motion. The goal was to capture the vibrant colors and retro vibe that made this period's design so iconic.
This project was a significant learning experience for me. In the video below, I walk through my process of mixing 3D and 2D animation. I also share the many failures and challenges I encountered along the way and how each misstep ultimately led to the success of the final piece. It was a journey of trial and error, but one that taught me valuable lessons in perseverance and problem-solving.
