The Challenge
Kudos is a powerful platform, but their product interface is feature-rich. To capture the attention of busy HR executives and enterprise leads, they needed a visual language that simplified the complex. The goal was to transform technical workflows into an emotional, high-value narrative that felt both professional and approachable.
The Strategy
As the creative lead, I focused on "Visual Reductionism." By rebuilding the UI from the ground up, we stripped away the noise to highlight the "Hero Moments" of the user experience.
For the Product Demo: The focus was Clarity. I directed a "Guided Focus" approach- using smooth transitions and UI reconstructions to lead the viewer’s eye exactly where the value lies, preventing the "dashboard fatigue" common in SaaS demos.
For the Sales Overview: The focus was Connection. I pivoted from features to feelings, integrating stock media and iconography to ground the tech in real-world human impact, creating an upbeat, high-energy "hook" for the sales team.
The Results
Sales Enablement: Provided a versatile "Conversation Starter" asset used globally by the sales team to reduce time-to-pitch.
Product Education: Streamlined the onboarding narrative, allowing prospects to grasp the platform’s core value proposition in under 90 seconds.
