Overview: NLM Consultation supports early-childhood practitioners with practical tools, coaching, and community resources. When I came on board, the brand had great heart- but the visuals and strategy weren’t fully reflecting the quality of the work.
My role was to elevate the brand with a cohesive visual identity, professionalized assets, and a clear content strategy that boosts engagement and reach.

The Challenge: NLM had existing content that was meaningful and helpful, but the brand visuals, website, and downloadable resources felt inconsistent, amateur, and disconnected.
The Solution: I focused on elevating the visual identity while keeping the heart of the brand intact.

Created post types: carousels, quotes, conversation starters, tips
Ensured all templates can be produced in English + French
