For my Canada Heritage Moment pitch, I tapped into the nostalgia of growing up in Canada, but with a fresh twist on the visuals. Instead of the traditional look, I brought in my animated collage style, combining archival footage, actor performances, and layered graphic elements to create a vibrant, textured feel. The goal was to make each frame feel alive and playful while still honoring the story’s heart. The mood board and sample frame show how this approach could turn a familiar story into something unexpected, dynamic, and visually memorable.
